My husband and I had a fantastic sale experience of our home with Paul, our real estate broker, and his team. His support and expertise made the entire process smooth and painless, and we knew we were in experienced and trustworthy hands. Navigating through the steps of the sale, he was incredibly helpful, supportive, and gave very good advice we followed regarding staging our home, which more than made up for the cost in the final sale price, and the quick turn on the market before it was under contract. We couldn't have achieved our goal to sell our old home and buy our new one within the aggressive timeline we required without Paul and his awesome team who were friendly, punctual, and excellent coordinators and communicators. We couldn't recommend Paul and his team highly enough!

Paul was truly outstanding to work with. He helped walk us through every step of the process as buyers — from helping to explain the market and how to start scoping out a search to bidding and ultimately closing on our first house. He is very knowledgeable, making him a reassuring presence throughout what can be a stressful process, and he was super helpful in answering all our questions and working with us to refine our sense of what we were looking for. We were three siblings living in three different places faced with selling our parents’ home which we knew needed improvements to put on market. Needless to say we were incredibly stressed. I’m an agent in New York and we needed an amazing one in Maryland. On a recommendation, we reached out to Paul. Paul with our project manager, Sara, stepped in and helped us every step of the way - coordinating everything from plumbing inspectors, to contractors, and vendors, to stagers. And we didn’t have to pay for a thing until the sale. That’s right - he arranged for all of the work to be done without a penny from us. I had a great experience with Paul from beginning to end. Everything from the initial interview to closing went seamlessly. He is exceptionally responsive and his friendly personality belies some pretty lethal negotiating skills. He has an excellent grasp of the market and employs creative strategies to reach buyers that other realtors don’t bother with or maybe don’t even know about. I appreciated his ethics and honesty, not just with me but with realtors as well. He respected my input and convinced me to make some changes I weren’t sure would be necessary (after seeing the staged unit, I knew he was right). His staff handled all the logistics very professionally and 5 days after my condo hit the market, we had 5 offers. It sold for 14% over asking. I could not have wished for a better experience — not just because the sale went well, but because even if it hadn’t, I already knew I picked the right team. No one else could have done a better job.
