Paul is a native to Northern Virginia and who knows the local market well. He has owned a successful multi-million-dollar business for almost 25 years. One that the Washington Post raved as “Among the Area’s Top Companies.” He brings his expertise in negotiations, marketing, and management into every transaction. You will quickly see that he loves real estate with a passion and is all about building relationships that last. Additionally, Paul is actively involved as an adult leader of the St Theresa’s Youth Group known as the Upper Room Squad.

Nalan Martin is a successful business owner who brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. With a degree in mechanical engineering, she is not only very detailed orientated, she loves helping people and is an active member of the local community. In her free time she loves to play tennis, swim and raise her three children with her husband. She is also fluent in Turkish.
