About Paul

Paul Perry, a second generation native of Arizona, studied at the University of Oregon and graduated from the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. He went on to spend two years in Kona, Hawaii working with famed Chef Sam Choy at his namesake restaurant. Paul returned home and has been a Realtor in Scottsdale since 1998, taking only a short break in 2004 to explore Egypt with an award-winning documentary film crew. It is the hustle of real estate where Paul finds his passion. He greatly enjoys getting to know his clients, at a depth that helps to find the perfect home or to make selling a home effortless. In this, he creates trust and lifelong friendships. He has successfully brought together and kept contracts moving forward with his exceptional negotiation skills. This is an art that Paul believes is extremely important in the real estate business and helps to achieve exceptional outcomes for his clients.
