Paul Radcliffe

In his 10+ years in the business, Paul Radcliffe has been active in the sale and ownership of investment properties and has successfully completed transactions involving office, mixed-use, and land with a primary focus on mulit-family sales in San Francisco. Paul has completed sales ranging from 2-4 units to large institutional portfolios. Paul’s clients include large national real estate companies as well as local private owners. Prior to joining the Alain Pinel Realtors Investment Group, Paul worked for DEC Investment Group in the acquisition and development of multi-family properties. He started his career as an investment broker in the San Francisco office of Grubb & Ellis. Paul holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License and is a member of the San Francisco Realtors Association.
