Russrob1, I recently purchased a new home in Canton, Georgia and had the fortune of retaining Paul Raiti of the Crye-Leike firm as my real estate agent. Being my first home purchase I knew nothing of the process and needed help in all aspects of the endeavor. Paul stepped up and guided me through the ordeal from start to finish. He helped negotiate the lowest price possible, advised me which up-grades to ask for, helped me pick out the best floor plan and lot and even advised me as to the type of loan best suited my needs. He attended my pre-move in walk through and was very diligent in noticing the smallest blemish. He sat through all meetings and attended the closing, watching over every subtle nuance. In short he was there for me from beginning to end. Paul removed almost all the stress and gave me a feeling of confidence. He made a perplexing event very simple, making sure I was clear on every issue along the way. Nothing I asked was too large or small for him to address. Never did I feel pressured to buy or hurry to accommodate his schedule. He made it clear he was there to serve me and me alone. Not only is he a FANTASTIC and knowledgeable real estate agent…..but he is SUPER generous too!! He was patient and understanding and still took the time to let me know all my options in each deal. Went above and beyond… When he sold my other home, we had and offer in 3 days. She never came over to help stage the house, look at the landscape, etc… As soon as I hired Paul – he did a walk through on the entire property – inside and out and gave amazing suggestions to help sell the house. He also took the time to educate me regarding the sale of the house. Paul went above and beyond for me as well as I have two young children who were on and off ill/have activities and my husband was traveling. Paul offered to meet various contractors at the house while I was working/attending to children, etc…. He is extremely prompt and always available to talk.
