I was super impressed with Paul. He is exactly the type of realtor I wanted to work with: good listener, knowledgeable on the market, patient with my never-ending request to find just the right home for me, willing to go any extra lengths to ensure my satisfaction, followed-up on everything (pre and post purchase,) had a list of excellent service providers, etc. When it came time to negotiating he knocked it out of the park. not only did i win the deal in such a highly competitive market with numerous offers to contend with but he also worked to secure a home owner warrantee, inspection list of repairs and HOA paid for by the seller. I'm a very happy and loyal customer of Paul's for life.
