I am a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate. On the commercial side, i have serviced my clients needs throughout the USA, Latin America, Canada and Europe. I have been a featured speaker and panelist at major real estate conferences and have completed over $1B in real estate brokerage, financing, and development transactions of office, industrial, retail and hospitality properties. During my career i have achieved both SIOR and CCIM designations
On the residential side, i have brokered single family residences primarily in the DFW area. I have consulted on several international luxury residential projects in South America, Mexico and Canada.
Recently i launched the Reitz Realty Group dedicated to the brokerage of residential properties and investments in the DFW area.
I am a member of The National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, MetroTex Association of Realtors and the NTREIS Multiple Listing Service.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pa., I received my BS and MS degrees from Penn State and have been a resident of the DFW area since 1981. I am also professional commercial real estate coach and an accomplished performing/teaching guitarist
