Of the many agents who were recommended to me in my search for a house in Santa Fe, Paul was the first and only one I needed to contact. He found me a fantastic house after a short search and made the process nearly painless for me. He quickly got an idea of my taste and requirements and didn't waste time showing me houses that would not be suitable. He is super-knowledgeable about Santa Fe, architecture, construction, and real estate in general and has a great personality that made me feel comfortable with him from the start. He always responded quickly to my numerous questions and never made me feel stupid for asking them. He always went the extra mile for me. What a great experience with a great real estate agent. We were very pleased with the service and dedication that Paul provided to us in searching for and eventually buying our new home. Paul was always available to answer any questions that we had during the buying process and also to advise us as needed. Paul consistently shared his expertise in negotiating the Santa Fe housing market.

We had the best experience with Paul. He is a concierge of services and has deep contacts in Santa Fe. As out-of-town buyers, we relied heavily on Paul's expertise of the neighborhoods, services and amenities. In all instances, Paul had a person to address a particular need or completed the task himself. Paul understands his audience and reads a situation very well. All buyers and sellers go through "tense" situations and Paul easily navigated these moments. He also knew when to advocate on our behalf and back off when necessary. I will also note Paul's responsiveness. Inquiries large and small are very timely addressed. He is always on. Our relationship didn't end with the close of our new property. Paul continues to provide in-roads into the community, follow up on items we may have discussed during the buying process (i.e., good listener) and assistance with services in the community.

Paul is a premier agent and our go-to resource in Santa Fe. He assisted us from a standing start as out of towners looking for a second home. He diligently searched for and discovered opportunity cities which he fully researched and vetted. He guided us through all the steps we needed to secure a property in a white hot market. Once we had a purchase agreement, he sourced all the professionals we needed to qualify and inspect our property. He worked with the selling agent to reassure the seller that the transaction would be completed as we encountered a few delays due to external conditions. We ultimately closed our property and are very happy with the result. We have used many agents in the past, and Paul is top tier.

Paul Sidebottom was amazing. We were buying from afar. He took the initiative to drive the deal to close, provided solid advice and concierge service along the way. I would work with Paul again in a second. Fantastic! The property we bought was a foreclosure, so the added complexities of that deal were supported by the entire SF Properties team. We are now moving in and thrilled with our new home and Santa Fe!
