Paul was amazing. I'm in AZ and needed to sell my Uncles house in OH. He was always very responsive when I would call or text and went out of his way and would check on the house when needed. My husband and I were overwhelmed when it came time to buying a house. Finding a good realtor was even worse. Fortunately for the both of us, we were recommended Paul Simon.

First time we met Paul, he greeted us with a big smile. He was very upfront with us about what he could do for us. When it came time to deliver, Paul delivered results in spades. He was always honest, NEVER tried to oversell us. Going into a home, he let us roam without implanting any ideas of the house into our heads. Any decision we made, we made of our own accord. When we asked Paul for his opinion on things, he was always honest. We finally found a home we loved, and Paul did everything in his power to help us close the sale. We owe him big time.
