I began my real estate career in 1983 when our children were little, I even took my oldest son to the office in a baby carrier when my wife had errands to run. Anyway, I fell in love with the business. I had a quick start, both listing and selling single family homes plus managing a new subdivision that build homes to the buyers specifications. I also sold properties from a PUD project with 3 homes built in one unit (similar to townhouses in today's world. Looking back in time I've had a broad range of experience selling properties for retail and fast food developments, residential subdivisions, and a family ranch in Nevada. My wife and I moved to Wyoming to retire but I still wanted to be part of the Real Estate business so I obtained a Wyoming license and joined the Board of Realtors here.
