Paul has worked with us on a number of Real Estate transactions. He is quite knowledgeable of the local real estate market. He has shepherded us through some more complicated transactions, always with patience, attention to detail and provided us with the tools necessary to bring our transactions to a successful close. He has, on several occasions been able to "pull a rabbit out the hat" to overcome potentially difficult obstacles to complete a transaction. As real estate investors who have bought and sold many home I would without reservation recommend Paul to anyone who asks us for a good Realtor.

Paul is definitely the guy you want to find your next property, I was actually looking for a store front rental property, and every time I called he answered or immediately give me a call back . If you are looking for a house. Paul needs to be your go to agent. We can't ask for more from an agent. He really put his heart and soul into helping you to find your dream house (when i said he is helping you to find a home, I am not saying he just send you a listing email. he goes beyond that. he will help you on your inspection, your negation with seller, come up strategy to create a winning offer, your paperwork, your home improvement tool search, he takes time to really understand your family needs. we have looked at many houses with him. he doesn't feel like we are wasting his time. he really treating like it is himself looking for his dream house) You will definitely say to yourself that you are such a lucky person to find Paul as your agent. Give Paul a try, you will not regret.

Because Paul is such an amazing agent, he helped us find our first house. Currently, we are working with Paul again to find our second house again.
