Since 2014, Paul Watson has been a licensed REALTOR® in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is a full-time, professional Realtor working with buyers, sellers, and investors. Paul understands and appreciates that his job is to help his clients accomplish their real estate goals, whether it is guidance on the best way to prepare a home for sale or walking someone through the tedious process of buying a home.

Paul joined Rashkind Saunders & Co. after a six-year stint with one of the top residential real estate brokerages in the United States. After spending time working for a national brand, Paul sought to partner with an independent brokerage that could support his focus on client experience and demonstrate the agility to navigate the local Richmond real estate market. Paul has been recognized throughout his real estate career as a top-producing salesperson. He is a member of the Richmond Association of Realtors, Virginia Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

A native of Hanover County, Paul has spent his life in and around the Metro Richmond area. Paul is a graduate of Victory Christian Academy and studied Business at Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Paul worked in the medical services industry and managed a successful local practice. Paul, his wife, and his son, Miles, reside in Chesterfield County. Paul also volunteers for the Children's Home Society of Virginia and enjoys listening to various comedians' podcasts and music, and playing guitar.
