Paul Williams did a very thorough, professional job in listing and selling our family home in Edgewood. He answered all of our questions as well as giving answers to questions we had not even thought of asking. He made himself available and was with us every step of the way. His patience, kindness, and friendly manner made him easy to work with and we would definitely recommend him to others.

Paul was superb in selling a home for us. At our initial meeting Paul communicated very well. Paul made suggestions on how to present the home. During the listing period he provided tips on how best to respond to offers. Paul was always punctual with updates. He is a great problem solver. Just prior to closing, when the buyer’s lender misjudged what the buyer could qualify for, Paul without hesitation came up with a gracious solution that allowed the sale to proceed. This action exceeded our expectations. Had we been working with a large corporate real estate company, that probably would not have happened. It is obvious that Paul has a passion to help his clients and has the knowledge needed to be at the top in the real estate profession. We have already recommended Paul to friends and family knowing they will also have a rewarding experience.
