Paul has deep roots in the San Francisco Bay Area and California. He was born and raised in Fremont where his parents still reside, and has previously lived in San Jose, Los Altos, and Cupertino prior to moving to Palo Alto in 2007 where he currently lives with his wife and two children. After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.S. degree and an MBA from Pepperdine University, he worked at several Silicon Valley companies such as Symantec and Saba Software in corporate finance and marketing roles before becoming a licensed Realtor. He has been a past parent volunteer at many of his children’s classrooms, and is currently an active member of the Board of Directors of Palo Alto’s Barron Park Association that promotes community service and improving the quality of life for Barron Park residents. He has personally owned and sold multiple homes and investment properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, so he can understand how a home purchase and sale can be both an emotional decision as well as a financial one.

When I decided to buy a home during a pandemic, let alone in the SF Bay Area, I knew I was in for a major challenge. But when I met Paul, I was able to count on him throughout the process. Paul's greatest traits are his patience, knowledge, and communicativeness. He greatly exceeded my expectations in every regard.

As a first time homebuyer, I had a myriad of questions. He is incredibly patient and knowledgable. After looking at several homes, I finally found the one I loved. He gave me realistic expectations on what I should offer to get the home, and was very candid about the risks and benefits, never once pressuring me to make a decision.

Paul ultimately helped us get the home of our dreams. Better yet, it was first home that we bid on, all while paying a very reasonable price! It felt like the odds were against in the beginning, and I'm still shocked by how smoothly the process went during these unprecedented times. I really have to give Paul a lot of credit for this.

Once our offer was accepted, Paul was very effective at communicating with listing agents and my loan officer, ensuring that I closed escrow on time. Before receiving my keys, Paul left no stone unturned, ensuring the house was in tip top shape like the day I first saw it. His attention to detail was admirable.

I would highly recommend Paul to any prospective buyer.

Paul helped us buy a house in Fremont. He is very reliable, trustworthy and detail-oriented agent. During house selection phase, Paul could always find houses that met all of our requirements and we really appreciate it. Paul is also very responsive in communication and always replied our emails in a timely manner. Paul is super helpful and knowledgable. He not only guided us through the home buying process but also provided us other useful information such as tax, insurance and local restaurants to name a few. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and work with him again in the future.
