Paul & his team helped get my Woodbridge Irvine home ready, beautifully staged under a week. He promised by the end of my 5 day business trip, the home will be in escrow and I should start packing. When we planed to sell our home in Cypress village area, we emailed Paul and got response immediately. Due to relocation we chose Paul Young and his team to represent us in selling our home after interviewing many agents in the area.

We wish we could give Paul more than 5 stars! His staging & interior designer helped maximize the appeal of our home to look like a model home then had high end photography, videography & 3D done. Everything turned out beautifully. In addition to Paul’s professionalism, prompt communication, and excellent negotiation skills, he also took the time to qualify the potential buyers and ensure they were both financially qualified and have strong interest before allowing them to make appointments. He even grouped all showings together to lessen the interruption to our daily lives. This was very important to us since we work from home and have a toddler, but especially because the Omicron variant was running rampant which made us nervous. After showings he always ensured things were sanitized and shoe coverings were refreshed.

In addition, Paul and his team far exceeded our expectation and got our home sold in 3 days with multiple offers. After narrowing down on the homes, Paul showed these homes to me and my parents on the second weekend. He helped us find the right home in a wonderful area with
great future prospect which both me and my parents liked. Paul was even able to use his connection to help us secure the only duplex left in the track.
Paul’s there every single step of the way from contract signing to helping us out with selecting the right options/upgrades during design center appointments.

Paul's in house staging service is amazing! Dedicated interior designer, professional stagers, on time and great friendly attitude, completely transformed our home into a model home! He showed me some of the other staged properties, boy what a difference. Not all staging are equal. He also explained the marketing strategy and plan out each step of the process.
