Paula went over and above to find my husband Ray and I our house. When it seems like we would never find anything in our price range, she drove miles and miles all the way from Lakeland to Kissimmee and even St Cloud to try and find us something. We literally had offers that we put in on four houses and we didn't get any of them. And then when we found our house our forever home! We were first on it and we got the offer accepted! Through all the ups and downs and the craziness that goes with purchasing a house, she was right there just to calm my nerves and making it all happen! She made me a promise that we would find a house, even when it looked completely bleak. As a teacher I respect her because she has integrity and keeps her promises. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a home!

Paula is probably the best realtor we've work with (there have been a few).
Her passion definitely shows. She did virtual tours for us at crazy hours due to our distance and Covid, when we flew to Florida to see a specific house we liked it did not turn out as expected. Paula took (literally) all day with us, even though she had prior commitments and we ended up looking at about 20 more houses that one of them was it (where in writing this review from). Paula worked super fast to get everything ready and send a contract, luckily due to her super fast response we were the first in line and the seller took our offer.
During the closing process, she made sure to be VERY involved and every missing or unclear piece of information was immediately taken care of. We're planning to move in couple of years permanently to Florida and there is no doubt in my mind she'll be our realtor.
So, if you want great realtor, great experience and fun transaction, don't think twice.
