Before entering real estate, Paula spent 33 years at Pasadena’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory as an antenna engineer. Her engineering background continues to shape the way she works: organized, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and focused on solving problems before they become obstacles. She applies that same approach to evaluating market data, preparing homes for sale, reviewing contracts, and guiding clients through negotiations.
Paula earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from MIT and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. She has lived in the greater Los Angeles area for more than 35 years, including many years in Altadena before moving to La Cañada Flintridge in 2004. Her long connection to the area gives her valuable insight into its neighborhoods, architecture, and communities.
Her professional designations and certifications include Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), NAR Green, Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and California Association of REALTORS® Certified Probate and Trust Specialist.
