Prior to her career in real estate, Paula Colbert held senior leadership positions in corporate finance, marketing, and consulting with GE, NexGen Advisors and Bridgepoint/Tata Consulting. In addition to serving as an advisor to several start-ups, she sat on the board of Manhattanville College and served as its student affairs and athletics committee chair and expert member of the audit committee. She has been published in IndustryWeek, Investment Dealers Digest, CFO Zone and was a contributing author for the book Business Restructuring: An Action Template for Reducing Cost and Growing Profit.
Her personal experience purchasing, building, renovating, and selling dozens of her own homes gave her a unique perspective into both the opportunities and pitfalls of real estate transactions.
