Paula Cosenza

Paula began her career in real estate in 1989 and has worked hard throughout the many years of service to her clients by developing her innate skills in marketing and negotiating for them.

Paula has been recognized with accolades throughout the years such as Top Producer, Realtor of the Year, and the Fair Housing Leadership Award. However what she cherishes the most is her long-term client relationships that now result in referral or repeat business, including working with multi-generations of clients within the same family.

Joined by her husband, Rick Cosenza in 1996, they became a dynamic duo committed to providing their clients and community with the highest of ethics and professionalism. As realtors in the trenches every day, they help homeowners sell their homes for the best price and the shortest time, and help homebuyers to find their first home or forever home!

Paula was born and raised in Orange County, California. Her proud roots date back to her grandparents who came to Santa Ana to lay down roots for their families. It was through the hard work of her parents and grandparents that she believes formed her strong work ethic as they are considered by Paula to be pioneers in the early shaping of Santa Ana.

Prior to Paula’s career in real estate, you would find her in many advertising booklets and magazines as a model for high-end clothing. She also enjoyed her job as a buyer of clothing for a large department store.

With a volunteer's heart, Paula enthusiastically supports many wonderful organizations.

Both Paula and Rick are involved with their beautiful children and grandchildren and they enjoy going to their many sporting events and special activities.
