Paula’s sales experience derives from her time at ROLM starting from the ground up in manufacturing to international telecommunications sales. After years of traveling, Paula was ready to switch to sharing what she learned through education as an instructor. Focusing on developing programs that pulled together collaborative teams of Sales, Engineering from multiple cultures.

While living in Southeast Asia in the late ninety’s Paula worked as a consultant and instructor developing and delivering sales and sales management programs to customers of many ethnicities in such places as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Australia. As an independent businessperson working in Asia Paula acquired strong negotiation skills now much valued by her clients.

Paula’s uncompromising integrity, dedication to clients, impeccable recognition for quality and results has helped them obtain top dollar for her clients. Paula cares about clients and the communication channels being clear. Paula’s knowledge of the market will be at work, preparing a current market analysis of your home and keeping you informed about the current activity in your price range. Los Gatos has been Paula’s home for 30+ years both within the town and more recently in the ‘Los Gatos Mountains. Both daughters have attended various schools in the outstanding Loma Prieta and Los Gatos-Saratoga School Districts.

Now a mountain resident, Paula relishes the outdoor life of the mountains and the closeness of its community. Riding horses and enjoying Santa Cruz beach walks with Banjo, her Australian shepherd are some of her favorite pastimes. The 25 years before moving overseas, Paula continued playing the piccolo and flute in the San Jose Wind Symphony.
