I have been involved with real estate and development for many years. My fluency in Mandarin, Taiwanese and English has allowed me to develop relationships throughout the world and help me educate and advise investors outside the local market on real estate investment decisions.

A graduate of California Lutheran University, I hold a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA), and emphasize in Marketing and Business Management. As of now, I am a proud member of the West San Gabriel Valley - Los Angeles Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I believe that the key to being successful and having longevity in the real estate business is to "deliver what you promise" and be trustful to my clients. Seeing myself more as a Matchmaker than a salesperson, I am an active listener who factors my clients' individual needs and tastes into every potential sale.

In the past years, I have managed many complicated real estate transactions, such as property evaluation, lien incumbents, trustee sales/foreclosures, auctions, un-permitted additions, city inspection/permit, project team management, cost analysis, marketing project, etc., with my exceptional negotiation skills. I and my team territory cover all of San Gabriel Valley, from the West Side city Altadena all the way to the East Side City Chino Hills. I am also participating in top national coaching programs, such as Remax coaching program and Mike Ferry.
