Paula Mack excels at providing excellent Real Estate Services to Clients because she has had over 34 years of Business Ownership and Management to hone her Customer Service Skills. Exceeding Client expectations is her absolute passion! She was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, and pursued a science education, completing degrees in Veterinary Physiology and Pharmacology and eventually her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery. As she has always had great interest in the world of Real Estate, after the sale of her second practice and retirement, she jumped headfirst into Real Estate. Paula takes the role of Client advocate very seriously and respects and appreciates the trust her Buyers and Sellers have in her. A perpetual student, she enjoys learning the mechanics and ever-changing face of the Real Estate field. She is presently on the Board of Directors of Northern Arizona Association of Realtors. Paula also is a member of Orchestra Northern Arizona (orchestrana.org), and serves on the Board of Flagstaff Community Band (FlagBand.org) as Band Manager and Grant Writer Committee Chair. Lastly, she serves on the board of Rescue Me Dog (RescueMeDog.org ), a non-profit organization with a mission to promote the adoption of shelter dogs. Paula always finds the time to hike with her Standard Poodle in the many beautiful forest trails surrounding beautiful Flagstaff, just to keep a little balance in life!
