Paula Nowicki

After a final school year, in the summer of 2013, Paula began her career in real estate. As a former art teacher, Paula brings an eye for detail along with the skill sets to think out of the box, using innovative and creative ways to market her listings. Bringing her knowledge from the classroom to the real estate arena, Paula has dedicated herself to thoroughly explain the process to her client's, guiding them successfully to the closing table. Paula's exceptional core values of honesty and integrity set her apart as the consummate professional and have earned her the respect from her fellow piers. Ranked in the top 10% of realtors in Ohio, Paula earned the President's Sales Club Award for 2016.

Having been born and raised in Toledo, Paula takes pride in her roots. Along with her husband, John, they have enjoyed raising their four children here. Paula's clients become an extension of her family, setting her apart from other realtors.

In the off chance Paula isn't selling or listing a home, she enjoys cycling with her family in the warm months and gardening. Paula is a longtime supporter of the arts and on occasion can be found in the classroom at the Toledo Museum of Art.
