About Paula

Over the past 30 years, I have had the opportunity in researching, purchasing and selling real estate as a homeowner and investor in Hawaii and Oregon with proven success. After years as the Director of Public Relations at both the Hyatt Regency Maui and the Westin Maui, I became a Realtor in the State of Hawaii in 1989. I was affiliated with Coldwell Banker McCormack Properties Hawaii until June 2001.

I then took the opportunity to live in Europe to raise my two beautiful girls and pursue my passion of acquiring and selling European antiques and fine art. To be closer to my parents, I returned to my roots in beautiful Oregon in 2003 to continue my real estate career. These experiences have taught me invaluable lessons along the way and much about the art of negotiating, successful formulas and the importance of learning from every transaction no matter how large or small.

I have invested my family’s hard-earned capital over the years through many transactions and have enjoyed the process immensely. If you live your dream, life and success fall into place with winning results for everyone involved. Although many would say I’ve lived in the world’s most beautiful places, I can wholeheartedly say I love the Eugene/Springfield area the most and enjoy all it has to offer more than anywhere I’ve ever been!

I love tennis, golf and skiing. I was the 1989 recipient of the Hono’apiilani award for the perpetuation of the cultural arts of Hawaii.

While on one hand I am very sad to have had to sell my gorgeous home, I am very happy to have had Paula's help on the buying and selling end. She worked extremely hard back in 2020 to find a house that turned out to be my dream home. Circumstances led to my moving out of the country, but I wouldn't have worked with anyone else to get the house sold. In the intervening years Paula was a fine friend who helped me out with a variety of things which took up her time, we lunched regularly, and I am fortunate to have had her support. This time around, the house sold almost effortlessly, the right people at the right time for the right house, and Paula was there to help with all the details. I said goodbye to her yesterday morning and will be sad not to have another lunch, at least for a few years. Paula's da high-integrity businesswoman, she knows her stuff, she's been at for a long time- a very important proviso for people looking for a realtor. In times like these, you want experience, people who have seen it all, not someone with a shiny new license. Having worked with Paula twice now I cannot recommend her more. She is generous with her time and energy to a fault, kind, a great communicator and the consummate professional. Thanks a thousand times over.
