Paula was a great agent, my first agent as I am first time home buyer. I would definitely recommend her for first time buyers she was very patient in explaining to me the process, the pitfalls, and has great businesses that she works with and recommends, such as inspectors, and the attorney. We have some young guys that just started in my business that will be first time buyers in the future I am guessing so I will definitely recommend Paula to them. She was always available through text or phone for the critical moments, I think this is critical for purchasing a home in this market.

When my husband and I met Paula and chose her to represent us in our real estate endeavor we felt as though we won the lottery! Having decided it was time to sell our home of twenty-seven years and look for a new smaller home in the area, we were feeling quite apprehensive and overwhelmed. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Paula Uber. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Paula but we knew instantly that she was the one for us.

We never felt forced to make an offer with Paula. She thoroughly walked us through every bit of the steps to watch and follow during the process. Paula was incredible in helping my wife and I buy our first home! As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of guidance and Paula really helped us feel comfortable from the beginning. She was extremely accommodating, was able to set up showings very quickly, and provided great insight. After just a few showings, she really understood what type of home we were looking for! We ended up in a multiple offer scenario and she even stayed up into the late hours of the night helping us get all of the paperwork finished. After our offer was accepted, she was always just a text away and promptly answered all of my questions regarding the inspection, closing, and a bunch of other random things!
