I have known Paulette for quite some time so when it was time to sell my home I requested her services and she did advise me on how to go about getting my house ready for showing, unknowingly what was going to happen she made it easy for me to take each step along this long road to closing even though I had quite a few troubles along the way but with her hard work and I made it to closing and it went well, it was a pleasure working with her through this process.

I had the opportunity to utilize the services of Watson Realty when we were selling our home back in September 2017. I have to be honest We were not looking forward to dealing with a realtor and was extremely nervous. My wife was referred to Paulette by a co worker, we spoke to her on the phone and scheduled a date for her to visit our home. I was extremely impressed on how knowledgeable she was. She knew EXACTLY how many homes were sold, on the market and how much they sold for in my neighborhood, Without looking on paper! She also gave us excellent advice as to how to stage the property to ensure a speedy sale. Within one week we had numerous offers. To say I was shocked is an understatement. Paulette was very aggressive in securing the best deal possible for my wife and I. The hardest part of the process was at the end of closing. Because our relationship with Paulette had come to an end. Watson is truly lucky to have Paulette as one of their realtors.
