Paulette Richie is a Designated Executive Broker with Coldwell Banker RPM Group in Saline County. Her designations include GRI, E-pro, and SFR. She is also an attendee of ABR and CRS classes.
Born in Searcy, Arkansas, Paulette graduated from high school in Beebe, Arkansas. Her early career ventures include Quality Control Manager for Baptist Medical Center Dietetics Department, Nursing Floor Unit Manager for 10 Units at Baptist Medical Center, Co-Founder and General Manager of Audio International Inc. (designed and built electronics for corporate aircraft), and from 2001 – 2008 she was the Broker/Owner Coldwell Banker Advantage Realty.
Paulette received her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) in 1980. Her real estate educational instructor experience includes conducting in-house Real Estate Success Center for new agents while owning Coldwell Banker Advantage. Paulette received her Arkansas Real Estate Commission Instructor License in 2015.
She is a member of the Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA), Little Rock Realtors Association (LRRA), South Central Arkansas Realtors Association (SCARA), Real Estate Foundation, and CARMLS. Paulette is currently chairing and has chaired and been a member of many committees for Arkansas Realtors Association, Little Rock Realtors Association, and South Central Arkansas Realtors Association. She has also served on multiple committees for National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Paulette has received multiple awards for excellence for both local and state real estate production. Her accolades include, 2010 LRRA Realtor of the Year, 2016 SCARA Realtor of the Year, and 2016 Arkansas Realtor of the Year.
Paulette is single and resides in West Little Rock with her four-legged, furry friends.
