Pauline Rocco

I am a Sarasota native and a New York School of Art and Design graduate. Impassioned from a young age by my late mother, Pauline Schultz, to create beautiful spaces, I began my career as an Interior Designer in 1999 with Winterrowd Design Group, and in 2020 started Rocco Design Associates with my husband, Dan Rocco.

My experience ranges from designing intimate spaces to home remodels and new construction. I am proud to have been a part of the growth of Southwest Florida with many Speculative Homes, Custom Homes, and High-Rise Condominiums. I have always had a passion for properties and am pleased to announce that I will focus on Real Estate. With an understanding of my client's vision and over two decades of experience, I believe I can bring my client's visions to life.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and I hold a "GRI" designation. I am also a member of the Realtor Association of Sarasota Manatee.

Being a Sarasota native, a blend of exceptional work ethic, communication, and trust has built my lasting professional relationships. When not making homeownership dreams come true for my clients, I enjoy traveling with my husband, spending time with my daughters Olivia and Sarah Winterrowd, or playing with our two English Cream Retrievers.
