Pearce Presnell

Boca Grande Realty Advisors, LLC, was founded in 2017 by Pearce Presnell, a fifth-generation Floridian with a diverse professional background in commercial and residential real estate. With over 25 years of work experience in the real estate industry, Pearce has held positions as a state-certified real estate appraiser, licensed mortgage broker, investment research analyst, and institutional sales associate throughout Florida and the Southeast. Throughout his real estate career, Pearce has been involved with transactions in excess of $10 billion in cumulative sales volume.

Pearce holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Florida State University. Pearce is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and is a member of the Englewood Area Board of Realtors. When he isn’t working, Pearce spends time with his family living on Boca Grande, Florida, where he enjoys boating, fishing, playing golf, collecting shells and shark’s teeth on the beach, and rooting for the FSU Seminoles!
