10/16/13Peg Grady Fustino Associate Broker

Homes.com Review

Robert Ormsby Retired President of Lockheed I have sold four homes, one in Maryland, two in Georgia and one in California. In my experience, Peg Grady is far superior to any other real estate people with whom I have dealt. Not only did she spend a lot of time up front, giving valuable advice on how to best prepare the property for sale, she offered to do and did some of the physical work to arrange furniture to best advantage. She went through the house in great detail, noting various sales points, some not so obvious to the casual visitor. She took excellent photos and posted explanatory notes around the house so that potential buyers would know their way around the house and know the original intended use for each room and feature. As is always the case, there is a flurry of activity, getting termite reports, inspection and maintenance of various items such as swimming pool equipment and so on. Peg Grady took care of these items after asking my approval. In several cases when we needed quick action to clear up a problem just days or hours before closing, she knew of a special repair or inspection person who 1) was very prompt, responding in one case in a matter of minutes, 2) was very competent, and 3) very reasonably priced. And the final test of a good agent is that closing proceeds smoothly; it did. There were no unpleasant surprises. In short, Peg Grady is a standout performer. Should I need a real estate broker, there is no question of who I would pick—it would be Peg Grady. I recommend her without qualification. Robert B. Ormsby Retired President of Lockheed
