Peg Walther

During 30 years of practicing real estate, Peg has developed expertise in many aspects of this profession, demonstrating proven skills in valuation, marketing, negotiating, sales, contracts, and special aspects of real estate such as corporate relocation, new construction and bank-owned properties. Peg and her team have consistently been recognized as one of the Top Teams at BHHS Verani Realty, BHHS National and by Real Estate publications such as REALTRENDS.

With over 250 sales annually, they have ranked in the Top 10 nationally within Prudential / BHHS sales force. Peg and her team continue to provide excellent service to buyers and sellers in all price ranges, residential property types and locations across the southern tier of New Hampshire. She remains committed to making real estate transactions a positive and successful experience for her clients.

On a personal note, Peg and her husband Bob have been Directors of the New Hampshire Dream Factory for over 15 years. They were instrumental in providing Dreams for several New Hampshire children with chronic and critical illnesses. Peg and Bob have participated for several years in the Caregivers Delivery program bringing groceries to elderly and physically limited customers. Peg and Bob have two grown children and four grandchildren.
