I was extremely happy with Peggy Centrella’s professional abilities. We had a very open dialog and I believe we worked well together. She is an asset to your organization. I also feel that I had prepared the house prior to her visit so that we were ready to sell. I also want to mention that I greatly appreciated our first phone conversation. I was put in contact with her through a website. She took the initiative to look up what the house looked like when I bought it and she asked me if all the bathrooms still had the wallpaper, which it didn’t and had major updates. I was very impressed with her and she stood out from the other realtors that thought sending me comps was important, as if I wasn’t smart enough to be aware of them already. She also kept in contact with me for over a year after I severely broke my leg and the selling was put on hold for a year.

Agent was very positive while still being realistic. She guided us well. She provided us with resources to call upon while seeking mortgage information, moving companies and staging information/cleaning for other property while preparing to sell it as well.

Peggy Centrella was an absolute professional and made my selling experience smooth and easy. Peggy’s attention to detail is superb. The house looked is best for photos, showings and the Open House. Peggy did fantastic work for us. We moved from overseas, and Peggy worked with us long-distance until we arrived, and then guided us through the entire homebuying process. She is precisely the kind of realtor you want - one with tons of experience in the area, know-how, and great working relationships with everyone in the business. She gives great advice, always finding options that made us comfortable with each decision, and always, always going the extra mile to get us info or to help us get to the next step. We are a military family that is constantly moving and therefore we work with realtors all the time - and she is by far the best in the last 15 years. We would work with her again in a heartbeat for any future home buying/selling/managing - she's amazing.
