We have known Peggy Christ for about 10 years. She handled the sale when we bought the lot we built our home on. When we decided to sell that home there was no doubt that Peggy would be our agent. No one knows our area as well. We opened the listing in a very difficult market to say the least. Peggy was great at explaining the value of the house in a market where most buyers were looking for distressed pricing. We would definitly recommend her to our friends and relatives.
