Peggy Koone

Peggy Koone is a native of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, and has lived in Rutherford County for most of her life. She graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Criminal Justice and returned to the area in 1986 to raise her family and help manage her husband's family farm. Peggy became a realtor in 2000 and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, and Rutherford County Board of Realtors, where she served as a director. She is also a member of the Western NC Regional MLS and Rutherford County MLS, and she enjoys assisting both buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions.
