Licensed since 2009, and starting my career during the worst market we’ve ever seen, I won awards for sales production after my first year in business. Prior to real estate, I have 30 years in corporate sales and marketing which provided the strong foundation, discipline and skills required to creatively and successfully market and sell homes.
My real estate career was a natural choice, growing up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with an architect father who taught his 5 kids hands-on remodeling, home design and construction, beginning in our late-1800s childhood home - and I’m still remodeling homes today. I have a Bachelors Degree with a double major in Mass Communication-Journalism and Graphic Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with 2nd Bachelor Degree studies in Interior Design from Mt. Mary College.

Moving west to my base in Los Angeles 30 years ago in 1986, my sales and marketing career took me to nearly every state in the country before I fell in love with the beauty of the desert and settled in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1994. Looking for a bit more space and views, I moved to Fountain Hills in 2000, where I still reside with my sheltie, Mac.
I’m certified as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, giving me the skills and experience to guide you in 2nd home and investment/rental purchases and sales of those properties. I hold an Accredited Buyer Representative designation, the benchmark in excellence for buyer representation. I also have a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist certification. I’ve won several production and service awards: with RE/MAX, the Executive Club Award, and with Coldwell Banker, the International Diamond Society Award, Bronze Circle of Distinction, and several Customer Service Awards. I’m a member of the Top Agent Network, comprised of the top 10% producing agents in the Fountain Hills/Scottsdale Region. I've remodeled numerous properties and have written about my experiences and housing issues in several newspapers, including The Los Angeles Times.
