I generally do not write many reviews about my experiences but I feel that people need to know about the amazing service that I received from Peggy Perkins at Lamacchia Realty. This is my third time in a real estate transaction with Peggy and each one has been a seamless, wonderful experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market and it's ever changing trends. Peggy was/is able to translate and explain what I believe is a very complicated field into layman's terms and I was able to easily understand what was happening every step of the way. Her advice and recommendations were always given with thoughtfulness and professionalism. Peggy was always there when I needed her and responded to my many texts almost immediately every time. Also, Peggy's support staff was incredibly helpful and too, responded to questions and concerns on the spot. Peggy talked about how she loves her job and it shows. I felt like I was always her main priority and she treated me with the utmost respect. She is the best real estate agent and I will never deal with anyone else.

Having been in the mortgage business for over twenty years I have worked with hundreds of realtors and no one comes close to the quality of service , knowledge, and professionalism that Peggy exhibits on a daily basis.

I'm always impressed by the level of guidance Peggy provides her clients while navigating them through the most important financial decision of their lives.

Peggy is one of the most honest, ethical realtors I have ever worked with. I have and will continue to refer clients to Peggy without hesitation!

This is my second time using Peggy as my agent. I have had her for my first purchase (2 years ago) and my first sale of the same property. Each time I worked with her she was on top of everything. I compared what she had to offer vs other companies and Lamacchia is hand down the best. All details right down to the mailers were executed perfectly. She answered all my calls day and night and was quick to answer. Being new to both a sale and purchase I felt included in every step so I knew what was going on. Not only is she awesome but her advise on Home Inspectors, Lawyers and Mortgage Brokers matches the professionalism she brings to the table. I would HIGHLY recommend her services and know I will requesting her as my agent in the coming years. Thanks Peggy :)

I cannot even begin to say how AMAZING Peggy and her team is! From start to finish she was able to answer any and all questions that either my fiancé or I had, and let me tell you what we had a lot! Peggy was always there to let us know what to expect and when to expect it! What I thought was going to be one of the most stressful times was actually one of the most fun and exciting times for us! I cannot say thank you enough! I have been telling anyone and everyone about my experience with Peggy. Thank you again Peggy, you are by far a master in your craft and now have life long friends!
