We met Peggy after walking into the Coldwell Banker office in Mission Viejo where she works. This was about two years ago, when the pandemic was in full swing. Peggy met with us, and we gave her some ideas about what we'd be looking for in an OC house in the near future. But the pandemic persisted, and our move from Northern California was delayed. Peggy kept in touch with us throughout this entire time period, which was in itself a confidence-building effort on her part.

Once we were finally able to list and get our property up north in escrow, we made a quick trip down to OC, where Peggy was able to show us a dozen properties within a few days. We never felt pressured or rushed, and with her help, made an offer on a very nice house that was accepted.

Peggy's professionalism and experience was extremely valuable during what next became a difficult transition period during the sale of our former home. By working with all agents involved in both transactions, she helped keep our new purchase on track, and we were eventually able to close on the house successfully.

I firmly believe that an agent with extensive experience and knowledge can make the difference between success and failure when things don't go as planned. With Peggy representing us, we were able to get the house we wanted despite a number of challenges that arose along the way.
