Peggy is an attorney with over 17 years experience representing
corporations and individuals in the bay area. She brings a strong
background in transactional law, to her work as broker agent with
the Sothebys International office. Her transactional
expertise includes all aspects of contract negotiation and deal
formation as well as knowledge of financing, investment real estate
evaluation, and vineyard property analysis. One of her strengths is
finding acceptable solutions to complex challenges, an invaluable
service to her clients. Prior to her local corporate law practice,
Peggy worked as Senior Counsel at The Clorox Company in
Oakland California.
Peggy is also a real estate investor who understands what it takes
to evaluate and analyze an investment property.
Peggy graduated from Boston College and received her Juris
Doctorate from the University Of San Francisco School Of Law.
During her college and law school years she traveled extensively,
studying abroad, and working on Capital Hill. Peggy holds several
NASD securities licenses which allow her to accommodate her
clients with both real estate and TIC investment options.
