Pei Liao

Pei Liao oversees the company’s financial operations and is responsible for its general accounting, financial management, tax planning, budgeting, investment analysis, and income and expense oversight and forecasts.

In 1993, she joined Dutra Realty Enterprises, Inc. and was given the daunting task of handling the finances of a rapidly growing company. From 1994 to 1999, she worked closely with both the CEO and the President to plan and implement strategies that enabled the company to begin their expansion throughout the East Bay. Pei was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 1995.

Pei graduated from California State University in Hayward with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting. Prior to coming to the United States, she worked as an assistant to a Director of the largest utility company in Taiwan with over 25,000 employees.
