Penn Jones

Mr. Jones has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1978. He has helped to negotiate various commercial, retail, and industrial lease transactions; provided property valuations, and real estate consulting assignments for a variety of purposes; i.e., sale, loan, arbitration, litigation, tax, dissolution, and leased fee and leasehold interests. Property valuations have been performed on a wide variety of property types including, but not limited to; industrial sites, industrial and business parks; commercial land and buildings, shopping centers, fast-food restaurants and ground leases, garden and low-rise office buildings; multi-residential and mixed-use properties; residential subdivisions; churches, and special purpose properties. The various clients that have been served include lenders, developers, investors, attorneys, public agencies, and private individuals. Mr. Jones has also provided expert witness testimony before Superior Courts of San Diego County.
