Penny is a ROCKSTAR! I’m a first time homebuyer that had some knowledge of the process, but not a lot. Penny took the time to ask me questions about what I wanted, the condition of the home I wanted, and features that were important.

Not only is Penny a great listener, she was so responsive and made this process work. When I wanted to see houses, she mapped out the best layout, got all the information she could, and answered every question I had.

During our tours, she really helped me to see the entire house, not just the bells and whistles. We looked dates on water heaters and furnaces, made sure that we looked at the walls, floors, and all the conditions of the homes. Penny made sure that if items weren’t new, that there was a plan in case something happened.

When I finally found my home, Penny was quick to get the paperwork started and walked me through what I needed. She was always my biggest champion when having to work with my lending agency.
