Penny Noval

Penny has been a successful realtor for over 30 years. She is and has always been dedicated to serving clients and customers by providing them with a comprehensive working knowledge of the marketplace, the necessary information to assist them in making informed decisions, and thorough and efficient service during the entire purchase and sale procedure. Throughout her entire real estate career, she has been a top office and company producer, and has consistently been included in the Gold Team, as well as the Founder's and Chairman's Clubs.

In addition to her Real Estate career, Penny has done volunteer work at a local hospice. In the past, she has worked in the Baltimore County School System as a teacher, department chair, office administrator coordinating student teachers for the entire school system and working within the human resources department. These experiences have served to develop excellent problem solving and people skills.
