I have known Penny for over 20 years. She is honest, hard working and does what she can to help people. When I was facing a foreclosure on my home of 11 years she was there to help me with the short sale and took most of my stress away by my just knowing she was there for me. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for in my new home and handled the purchase of it also. She's dependable and trustworthy and there for her clients when things are the most stressful. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone who is in need of her services, she's the best!!

I met Penny eight years ago through a friend when my home was going through foreclosure. I needed help on how to go through the process. It was my first home I had ever bought and had lost in within 9 months of signing the title. Penny was very knowledgable in this field and worked very hard to short sale my home to avoid foreclosure. She is very personable and to the point. She even leaned her shoulder to cry on. I was scared and she comforted me in my time of need. I would recommend her to ANYONE who needs a Realistate person for there buying or selling neede. I would tell my friend that she is knowledgable in her field and works to the best of her ability to satisfy her customer.
