Penny Wilson

As a realtor for many years serving Southern Pennsylvania, Carroll and Baltimore Counties, Penny Wilson has been associated with all levels of the real estate market including single family homes, condominiums, townhouses, second homes, investments, land development and unimproved land. The process of bringing buyers and sellers together in an ever-changing market has kept the real estate business relevant as well as rewarding for her. Penny’s excellent communication, knowledge, and negotiation skills provide for a successful transaction from finding her clients their home of choice, guiding them through the inspections and financing, to celebrating at the settlement table. Penny positively thrives on the success of her clients.

Born and raised in the Carroll County area, Penny is a member of the local Carroll County Realtors in Maryland as well as the Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties in Pennsylvania serving in both states. She is a GRI graduate, and a life member of the Million Dollar Real Estate Professionals, which is a community based non-profit organization. Pursuing her real estate continuing education to remain current and forward thinking on state and local updates is a top priority for Penny.

Penny and her husband live just over the Baltimore County line. In her down time, she enjoys all types of sports (particularly pickle ball), exercise, gardening, playing with the family dogs, and visiting their three daughters, Alex, Jena and Jillian, who all reside nearby. Jillian plays lacrosse at Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. Penny and the family are avid supporters of the team and can be found at all the games.
