Penny is so grateful that she gets to do what she loves every day. She is a native Oregonian and a Clackamas County resident. She is married to her High School Sweetheart for over 30 years and they have raised two of the most loving sons. When they are not working, they are camping, hiking, or kayaking. Her husband and she were self-employed in the construction trade for over 17 years so getting her Real Estate license was a natural fit. Having knowledge of all stages of construction is a huge asset when it comes to negotiating repairs and/or recognizing a good solid home with quality craftsmanship.

Being a REALTOR is not just about selling real estate, it is about relationships, service and improving the quality of life for people. There are a lot of moving pieces to a real estate transaction.
