Pennye and Nadia of Long and Foster Real Estate were instrumental in the recent sale of my DC condo. Both were extremely knowledgeable in their in-depth understanding of current market conditions and guiding me in coming up with a price that would solicit potential buyers. Pennye and Nadia were exceptional helpful in assisting me in selling my deceased mom’s home. In living in NC and trying to sell property in DC could have been a monumental stressful task. However, coming into contact with these two ladies, was a God- send. They guided me from the beginning to the end. Sold the property in a relatively short period of time for the price for which I was comfortable. In addition, Nadia was with me through closing to the final signing.
