Pepe and his team are amazing to work with.
They assisted/guided/educated us in all areas when we were looking to purchase our home.
He was available day/evening to assist.
The process from start to finish went smoothly, If there was any issues, Pepe and his team took care of all of that for us.
They even assisted us with a situation that came up after we closed on our home.
They provided me with names/numbers/solutions of people that could help me with the issue.

Pepe did a fabulous job helping us find a home. He worked so hard to help us find one that fit us and then spent a lot of time helping us understand the process.
He stayed up late helping us offer on a home, accommodated to our schedule for meetings and communication, and always kept us updated to date in the process.

Definitely a professional. It was a pleasure knowing that the Pepe Miranda Team was in the driver’s seat. I was just along for the ride. This was our 1st experience with Pepe as sellers. Pepe Miranda helped us purchase the home we wanted in a very competitive market. He got us scheduled to see all the houses we were interested in back to back which was important when most of the houses were selling within one or two days after listing. His knowledge and advise on how to make our offer better and to hopefully stand out to the seller was spot on. His communication throughout the process was great with texts, phone calls, and emails. Moving is stressful and moving to a new city can compound that but Pepe made the whole experience smooth and easy. You could not ask for a better realtor.

From my experience with Pepe, I say he is the BEST realtor a person could have! He was beyond helpful. He works hard! He suggested multiple things I needed to do before putting the house on the market and he helped get them done. I had moved out of state so he shopped for the new appliances and was there when they were delivered. He even made adjustments to the cabinets to accommodate the new appliances. I was not going to sell a wall unit so he took it down and moved it. I was very nervous about the whole process but Pepe was very knowledgeable and patient."
