Percy Crudup

Born and raised in Chicago, Percy Crudup called the Wicker Park neighborhood home for over two decades. He used my experiences in the city to develop an in-depth knowledge of Chicago’s real estate market.

As your broker, he uses excellent communication to make the buying and selling process as stress free as possible.

His real estate career stems from an early interest in architecture, his passion for people and determination to serve. This passion has led him to have an amazing network of people in a variety of professional fields.

Before beginning his real estate career, he graduated from Northern Illinois University where he served as a barber for young men looking to get a good haircut. He taught in a special education classroom and coached three varsity sports at local high schools.

He brings all of these experiences and passion to serve to all of his clients and business ventures.
