Perelandra McDonnell

Perelandra has lived in North Idaho for 25 years and is happy to be part of this beautiful and vital community. She has been selling real estate since 2004 and what Perelandra did not learn in school, she has learned from experience. Perelandra has been married since 1994 to her husband Tim, who has built over fifty homes in the Sandpoint area, so she has been involved in every facet of new construction from the preliminary planning phases of a small development through the final walk-through of a new home. Having worked through the housing bubble and the ensuing crash, Perelandra has sold new homes and old, waterfront and ranch, starter homes, and retirement homes.
