We have only high praise for the way that Perla Walling-Sotolongo handled our recent home purchase. She expertly negotiated with the seller, even while we were a thousand miles away on vacation. Perla was always accessible as we moved through the inspection, commitment letter, and then the closing process. Her flexibility put us at ease, and we can’t recommend her services enough to all of our friends. The fact that she had sold several other houses on the same street as ours gave us confidence that she was the right agent for us.
